Recommendations for County Code Review

Regular review of the codes:

Scott wants to propose a schedule and a review process.

Scott wants to create a code compliance office, consolidates all the zoning, health, planning, building codes to make it easier to work with people, do education, less bureaucracy.

There is no process that demands a schedule to submit recommendations to the code changes.  There are changes that go back to the ’90s that have been recommended and never got dealt with.  Scott wants to propose a schedule and a review process.

Would it be helpful for  us to submit testimony in support of  a Consolidated code compliance office, consolidates all the zoning, health, planning, building codes?
